Laser Hair Removal

Program Length 27 Hours
3 days – Friday/Sunday/Monday

This 3 day program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in Laser Hair Removal. The class will cover everything from “what makes a laser work” to “different skin types and “client selection”. The program also includes laser safety, physics and laser technology theory. This program is great for non-medical technicians to enhance “hire-ability” in an aesthetic medical practice (cosmetic surgeon), medical spa, or other practices using Laser technology with physician oversight. Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program.  The class is taught in English. The class includes theory and hands-on instruction.

Laser Skin Specialist

Program Length 27 Hours

3 days – Friday/Sunday/Monday

*Pre-requisite: Esthetics Licensure or equivalent.

Laser/IPL Photo rejuvenation is one of the hottest topics in the cosmetic services industry therefore the demand for certified technicians, has risen. The Esthetic Institute is an authorized training facility for the Industry Leader in Laser Technology. This course is for estheticians, physician, nurse or PA in a physician supervised cosmetic practice. This program will enhance “hire-ability” in an aesthetic medical practice (cosmetic surgeon), medical spa, or other practices using Laser technology with physician oversight. Doctors, Nurses, Aestheticians, and Electrologists will also greatly benefit from this preparation. Gaining this certificate shows potential employers that you’re motivated and educated about aesthetic laser use. Those already engaged in Laser Skin Specialist procedures may use the certificate as evidence of Laser Safety Training. The class is taught in English. The class includes theory and hands-on instruction.

Laser Hair / Skin Dual

Program Length 40 Hours

5 days – Friday/Sunday/Monday/Friday/Sunday
*Pre-requisite: Esthetics Licensure or equivalent
This 5 day training program is a combined version of the Laser Hair Removal and Laser Skin Specialist. See above for descriptions. The class is taught in English.
