Aesthetician

ELLE Aesthetic Arts and Plastic Surgery is the largest provider of aesthetic services in Loudoun County, VA offering elevated aesthetics and boutique care in our plastic surgery practice and med spa.  We are seeking an Aesthetician for our fast-growing, ultraluxury med spa located in Ashburn, Virginia.  The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, with excellent customer service skills.  This is an amazing opportunity to join a well-established and growing aesthetic and plastic surgery practice!

RESPONSIBILITIES

·             Develops care plans based on patients’ individual needs

·             Performs professional facial, body, and laser treatments within scope of practice and licensing

·             Performs a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments to include but not limited to facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, micro-needling, chemical peels, and laser treatments such as laser hair removal, IPL/BBL, HERO, and HALO

·             Experience with non-surgical body contour treatments, such as Coolsculpting, skin tightening, Ultherapy, and Emsculpt Neo is preferred

·             Promotes the consistency of health, wellness, and routine skincare benefits to sell products, services and packages

·             Participates in promoting services throughout the facility and referral program

QUALIFICATIONS

·             Valid VA state license

·             Over 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics, preferred

·             Ability to multitask, maintain teamwork with positive attitude

·             Experienced with Microsoft office and familiarity with EMR system

·             Plastic Surgery or cosmetic dermatology work experience, preferred

·             Must be flexible to work Saturdays and some evenings

·             Participation in advanced training and continuing education requirements

·             Follows state regulations: cleanliness and sanitation protocols

·             Possess strong sales orientation

·             Excellent customer service and communication skills

·             Advocate a strong team and collaborative focus

·             Bilingual is a plus
