PS Contouring is looking for a Body Contouring Specialist to perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments with Laser, Cavitation, Radio Frequency and Vacuum Therapy. No prior experience necessary! You will be trained and certified to use our non-invasive medical equipment and instructed on how to conduct client consultations. This job is very hands-on, you will be examining and performing services on males and females so you must be completely comfortable working on clients’ faces and bodies. After your training you will be recognized as a Certified Body Contouring Specialist.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

1.      Perform non-invasive body contouring & rejuvenation treatments

2.      Conduct client consultations for first-time clients with a focus on assessing their goals and recommending a customized treatment plan to help the client achieve their goal.

3.      Upsell treatment packages to drive revenue

4.      Take client measurements as well as before & after photos

5.      Build rapport with the client from the second they walk in the door to the second they leave – create a welcoming and positive atmosphere and an outstanding Gold Star experience

6.      Review client goals & progress – recommend additional treatments & adjustments when necessary

7.      Keep detailed and specific client charts that are frequently updated – attention to detail is important

 

The ideal Candidate:

1.      Exceptional people skills and the ability to develop deep rapport with people. A positive customer experience is our highest priority.

2.      Lots of experience being hands-on with clients (think CNA/LPN, massage therapist, aesthetician, hairstylist, cosmetologist, etc.)

3.      Sales & upselling skills are critical. Anyone who has worked for tips or on commission in some kind of service or sales industry is highly preferred.

4.      Experience educating customers about treatments and products.

5.      A positive and welcoming demeanor.

6.      A strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent time management skills.

7.      A total go-getter – someone that is competitive and wants to grow with us.
