Medical Receptionist at Aesthetic Medical Practice

Delight Medical and Aesthetics, a physician-owned, aesthetic medical practice in Virginia, has exciting employment opportunities for experienced Medical Receptionists with the potential to get hired as Aesthetician at our practice in McLean Virginia. We perform chemical peels, micro needling, laser treatments, botox, and fillers. Being part of the Delight Staff will give you further education in the Aesthetic Industry.

General Medical Receptionist responsibilities include:

Greeting patients as they arrive at the office
Answering the phones and sending messages through the office electronic medical record
Collecting  patient payments
Scheduling appointments
Checking benefits for office procedures and surgeries
Keeping the reception area clean and organized

Job Requirements: Part-time position.

Must possess exceptional customer service skills
Must be able to work independently and on a team
Must have problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor
Bi-lingual preferred, but not required

$18-20 an hour. minimum 20 hours required
