Job description

Core Responsibilities:

Skin Analysis and Assessment: Evaluate skin conditions, identify concerns, and determine suitable treatments.
Treatment Planning: Develop personalized skincare plans based on client needs and goals.
Performing Treatments: Administer facials, waxing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare services.
Product Recommendations: Suggest appropriate skincare products for home use to maintain and enhance results.
Client Education: Provide information about skincare routines, treatments, and product usage.
Maintaining a Clean and Professional Environment: Ensure the spa or salon is clean, organized
and sanitized.
Client Communication: Build rapport with clients, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Sales and Promotion: May be involved in selling skincare products and promoting additional services.
Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques and trends

Scheduling appointments

Skills and Qualifications:

State Licensure: Estheticians must be licensed to practice in their state.
Knowledge of Skincare: Understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and various skincare treatments.
Client Communication: Ability to build rapport, listen to client needs, and provide clear and concise information.
Manual Dexterity: Precision and coordination for performing treatments.
Sales Skills: Ability to recommend and sell products and services.

Job Type: Part-time to start with possibility of Full Time

Schedule:  TBD

Supplemental Pay: Commission pay but open to hourly

Work Location: Woodbridge to start with possibility of moving to Fairfax area
