The Spa at Belmont Bay is an upscale spa offering a range of luxurious services, including Head spa, facials, body treatments, and specialized treatments like oxygen facials, LED light therapy, Infrared Sauna/Halotherapy. We are dedicated to personalized care with in-depth consultations and customized treatment plans. We are looking for a passionate Basic Esthetician who is eager to learn and deliver exceptional service within our tranquil, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform esthetic services such as basic facials, body scrubs, and wraps in line with spa protocols.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis to recommend appropriate treatments and at-home care regimens.
• Engage clients with friendly, professional consultations, making personalized treatment recommendations.
• Promote and sell add-on services and retail products to clients, encouraging rebookings.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for each client.
• Stay informed of the latest trends and products through continuous training and education.
• Work collaboratively with spa team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Esthetician in Virginia.
• Previous spa experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic skincare treatments and techniques.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with retail sales and the ability to confidently upsell services and products is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
