We’re hiring an Esthetician Apprentice for our growing esthetics practice!

  • Are you a self-starter who is inspired to help people look and feel their best?
  • Do you have a strong attention to detail and stellar follow-up skills?
  • Are you a current or recent esthetics school graduate who’s looking for a stable, growing home for a long term career in esthetics?
  • Perhaps you’re a couple of years into your esthetics career but feeling uninspired and need mentoring to reignite your passion for this field?

The successful Esthetician Apprentice will train under our Founder, a licensed instructor and practicing esthetician with almost 20 years of experience. Ideally, this is a 3-month long apprenticeship during which time you will learn, train and practice our esthetic offerings (facials, tinting/henna, lash lifts, waxing, etc).

This is an intensive apprenticeship period – you will need to dedicate time outside of the hours you spend in our facility to study, document and practice. The ultimate goal is for the successful candidate to transition to a full-time Esthetician in our practice as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Dedicated to developing top notch technical skills
  • Comfortable educating, recommending and following up with clients
  • Open to participating in marketing efforts
  • A self-starter who does not require micromanagement
  • Reliable, responsible & accountable
  • Kind, aware of others and emotionally intelligent
  • Passionate about the esthetics industry and learning
  • Comfortable with using technology (software platforms, POS systems, social media channels, photography and video, etc)

This is a part-time apprenticeship with some flexibility in scheduling. The compensation during the apprenticeship is $10/hour. Again, the idea is that the successful candidate will transition to a full-time esthetician position with commensurate compensation.

At a minimum, you must be a current or recently graduated esthetics student. Experienced estheticians are welcome to apply and may simply have a shorter apprenticeship term.
