Mission:

To create a seamless, elevated client experience from the moment someone interacts with Face First Studio, while supporting the daily operations of the studio and growing into a future service provider role.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is warm, intuitive, and highly detail-oriented. Someone who understands that the front desk is not just administrative, but an extension of the client experience. This person is social media savvy, and comfortable being on camera and assisting to drive online sales alongside our social media team.

This person is naturally organized, proactive, and takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming environment. They have a genuine passion for skincare and are excited by the opportunity to grow within the aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  1. Greet clients and set the tone for a thoughtful in-studio experience
  2. Manage booking, scheduling, and client communication (text, email, and in-person)
  3. Support retail sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
  4. Maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and daily operational flow
  5. Assist with behind-the-scenes support to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Experience & Skills:

  1. Strong organizational and communication skills
  2. Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  3. Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor

Preferred:

  • Licensed esthetician or currently enrolled in esthetics school
  • Previous experience in a med spa, facial studio, or wellness environment
  • Passion for skincare and client education

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Client experience satisfaction (reviews, feedback, retention)
  • Booking accuracy and schedule efficiency
  • Retail support and product recommendation engagement
  • Response time to client inquiries (text/email/calls)

Compensation:

  • $20-$25 based on experience.
  • 10% commission on all product sales both in studio and through online socials.

Schedule:

  • Flexible Schedule with a guaranteed 34hrs a week.
  • In studio days: Tuesday 9:00-6:00pm, Thursday 10:00-7:00pm, Friday 9:00-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00-4:00pm
