Part-Time Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at a Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skincare and be dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals through personalized treatments and expert guidance. As an Esthetician, you will provide a range of skincare services, including facials, chemical peels, waxing, and advanced treatments, while offering advice on skincare routines and product recommendations to enhance client results.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, extractions, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced aesthetic procedures.
Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations to assess clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer additional services such as waxing, tinting, and body treatments, as required.
Recommend appropriate skincare products and at-home care routines, promoting spa products for continued care.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace that complies with safety and hygiene standards.
Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and offering follow-up consultations or treatments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques, products, and industry trends by participating in ongoing education and training.
Keep accurate and detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences.
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Qualifications:

Valid state Esthetician license.
In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
Ability to assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
Experience with advanced skincare treatments (such as laser, Microneedling, or Radio Frequency) is a plus.
Attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
