Skin Lab Med Spa is a new and exciting spa that will be delivering comprehensive medical aesthetic care. We are opening later this year and are looking for a Full Time Spa Manager and Licensed Master Aesthetician to oversee day to day operations. As a new Medical Spa, Skin Lab believes everyone should have a first-class experience with the highest quality treatments that make them feel fresh and rejuvenated and look their best. We are looking for an energetic and dedicated team to help us rejuvenate lives and deliver the best services to each and every client.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain treatment area
  • Relieve stress for clients through Facials
  • Perform Advance Aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels and microdermabrasion
  • Listen to client concerns and respond with appropriate guidance within your scope of practice
  • Refer clients to appropriate medical professionals when necessary
  • Create ongoing treatment plans with clientele to help ensure long term results
  • Take accurate, detailed, and effective notes
  • Remain current on Continuing Education appropriate to state licensure
  • Help ownership and staff maintain a clean and COVID-19 safe environment including keeping proper hygiene, wearing the appropriate face coverings, remaining up to date and in compliance with COVID-19 CDC health guidelines, ensuring both treatment room and teamwork cleaning tasks are performed effectively
  • Coordinate with ownership on creating enjoyable experiences for clients
  • Accurately represent company via uniform, with positive attitude
  • Opportunities to participate in promotional activities to build your clientele

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Current and up to date Virginia Master Aesthetician’s License
  • 3+ years customer service preferably in the medical spa field
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with diverse clientele
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Understanding of Profit & Loss statements

  • Salary: $52,000 to $55,000 plus aforementioned incentives

COVID-19 considerations:

  • All staff are required to wear the proper PPE equipment per CDC recommendations. We provide Covid-19 friendly stations i.e., masks, gloves, and sanitizer. Unvaccinated clients and staff are required to wear a mask until safe to release this precaution.

License/Certification:

  • Virginia Master Esthetics License (Required)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $52,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year plus incentives
