About The Spa at Belmont Bay:
The Spa at Belmont Bay is a luxury, full-service spa offering advanced skincare and body treatments in a serene, upscale environment. We specialize in services such as Head Spa treatments, body scrubs and wraps, signature facials, oxygen facials, LED light therapy, and HydraFacial treatments. Our commitment to personalized care includes detailed skin and scalp analysis to tailor each client’s treatment plan. We are looking for a dedicated Master Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, customer service, and upselling additional services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced esthetic services, including signature facials, body treatments, oxygen facials, LED light therapy, and HydraFacial treatments, and other upcoming services.
  • Perform skin and scalp analysis using advanced tools to recommend customized treatments and products.
  • Engage clients in thorough consultations, recommend treatments, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Rebook clients, promote add-on services, and upsell retail products confidently.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work station between clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver a seamless and relaxing client experience.
  • Adhere to The Spa at Belmont Bay’s protocols, ensuring consistent delivery of signature services.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed and insured Master Esthetician in Virginia.
  • Previous experience working in a spa setting is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of various skincare treatments, techniques, and products.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and creating an exceptional client experience.
  • Familiarity with retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
  • Additional skills, such as makeup application, waxing, and lash extensions, are highly advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
