Master Medical Aesthetician

Seeking a Master Aesthetician/ Laser Technician to work full-time in a cosmetic medical office. Primary responsibilities will include providing customized aesthetic services and cross marketing our services. Successful candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic and an ability to sell within a retail environment. Knowledge of lasers is a plus. All applicants must have basic computer skills.

Treatments: provide various treatments as required by client documentation
Training and Development: confer with the Dr. on proper treatment protocol, assisting the Dr. on various procedures as needed, attend training seminars as required
Sales: increase sales through product and services promotion
Client Services: provide top-level procedure and product knowledge; ensure excellent client services are provided at all times
HIPPA/OSHA Compliance
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Perform services in a safe, comfortable, and hygienic manner.
Other tasks may include but are not limited to:
Perform facials on guests using safe and professional techniques.
Inform patients of all medical services we offer in an informative and helpful way.
Facilities: maintain and stock treatment rooms, ensure treatment rooms are being adequately maintained, help maintain common areas used by employees
Administrative: assist and/or answer calls at front desk, assist with payment intake when receptionist if unavailable, assist with consultations/treatment packages, procedures and other services
WORKER TRAITS: Good customer service and communication skills. Outgoing, friendly and professional appearance. Telephone etiquette. Characteristics: Self-motivated demonstrating good judgment with ability to work well under pressure, confident, quick learner, detail oriented, highly energetic and innovative, team motivator, self-managed w/ability to work alone as well as in a team environment.The right candidate will know how to cross market rejuvenation/laser services. Prior experience working with aesthetics and skin in a Doctors office.
