Master Esthetician

McLean Dermatology and Skincare Center is a full-service dermatology practice located 10 minutes outside of Washington, DC in McLean, Virginia. Our board-certified providers offer adult and pediatric dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and skin cancer surgery. McLean Dermatology is also the home of Skinkure Spa, a medical spa through which licensed master estheticians offer medical-grade spa services to facilitate the treatment plans recommended by the providers.

We are expanding and looking for a second master esthetician to join our team as a Hydrafacial Specialist. The ideal candidate is an experienced master esthetician who can hit the ground running and work closely with our providers to enhance each patient’s experience in a soothing and educational manner.

Requirements:

Two years of experience as a master esthetician with experience treating diseased skin
Availability on Saturdays (8AM to 5PM) and late afternoon/evenings – flexible hours otherwise
Two year commitment

Responsibilities:

Administer Hydrafacial treatments
Educate clients on skincare regimens to promote healthy skin
Develop marketing initiatives to create awareness about treatment options and promote spa services
Create a welcoming, relaxing, and soothing atmosphere for the spa clients

Details:

Commission-based structure independent contractor (1099) structure
Must have a valid Master Esthetician license in the state of Virginia
Experience with Hydrafacial preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.
