Medical Concierge (Transitioning to Master Aesthetician)

We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join us as a Medical Concierge with the opportunity to transition into a Master Aesthetician role.

Position Overview: As a Medical Concierge, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for our patients and clients. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, appointment coordination, and delivering top-tier customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about both healthcare and aesthetics who is eager to grow in the beauty and wellness industry. Over time, you will be mentored and trained to transition into a Master Aesthetician position, where you will perform advanced skin treatments, facials, and other aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Concierge Duties:

Greet patients and clients with warmth and professionalism.
Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage client calendars.
Provide detailed information regarding our services, treatments, and protocols.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and ensure patients are comfortable throughout their visit.
Maintain accurate records of patient information and treatment history.
Process payments and handle administrative tasks.
Manage inventory and supplies for the clinic.
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the office.
Master Aesthetician Transition (After Training Period):

Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and other skin care services.
Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and customize treatment plans.
Stay current with industry trends and continually expand your knowledge of the latest techniques and treatments.
Maintain impeccable safety standards and hygiene practices during procedures.
Educate clients on skincare, treatments, and post-care routines.
