HIRING Lead Nail Tech/Trainer for a Non-Toxic, Fume Free Nail Salon

Finally a place for nail services only – we are “PAINTing” the town of Arlington, VA with beautiful, chic nails. PAINT Nail Bar is a trendy, cutting-edge nail salon offering a wide range of luxury manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services.

We are proud to offer our staff a superior compensation plan that consists of hourly pay plus commission and gratuities. We also pay for continuing education and community involvement.

All applicants must be licensed nail technicians or cosmetologists in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Licenses must be in good standing with no complaints on record and must be current. If you have a portfolio, please bring that to the interview as well.

The Lead Nail Tech provides leadership, coaching, and professional support to the nail technicians. Their responsibilities include mentoring, training new technicians, and developing existing staff.
