Part time Esthetician

Skin Beauty Bar is a woman owned and operated boutique Beauty Bar located in Capitol Hill Washington, DC. We offer facials, waxing, body treatments, massage, eyelash tinting, eyelash lift , airbrush tanning and teeth whitening. We are looking for a licensed Esthetician to join our team!

To excel in this position, you should be self-motivated and highly customer service-oriented.

Job Summary for Esthetician: 

• Responsible for exceeding our guest expectations by providing them with impeccable guest service. 
• Greet guests at the check-in desk with a warm welcome.
• Offer explementary experience while carrying out service.
• Provide guests with a fond farewell at check out. 
• Become a brand ambassador and actively promote spa and salon services.
• Make recommendations on products based on clients skin needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform facials and other skin care services based on the package our customers choose. 
• Provide skin care consultations for customers with troublesome skin or problem areas. 
• Upsell skin care products. 
• Cultivate new guest relationships and ensure retention of existing guests.
• Invite clients to return by communicating current promotions. 
• Regularly attend educational training to improve and strengthen beauty service expertise and develop new skills. 
• Provide a neat, clean, orderly environment for services.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED State esthetician license required. Expert in brazilian and bikini waxing.

Job Type: Part-time/Contract. Commission Based only.

Desire to build your own business, with our marketing support.

Must be able to work Friday and Saturday 10am -6pm.
