Master Aesthetician

Sanctuary Cosmetic Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, Sales, and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of Aesthetic procedures, advanced treatment techniques, and excellent management and communication skills. As a Master Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier skincare services, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our Practice. This position is perfect for a dedicated professional looking to elevate their career in the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth skin consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
Convert consultations into booked services and packages
Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals
Educate patients on skincare products and post-treatment care
Collaborate with providers and staff to optimize patient experience
Support marketing initiatives, including social media content and patient education videos
Maintain accurate documentation and follow practice protocols
Perform Aesthetic Treatments, Including:
Chemical Peels
Medical- Grade Skin Care Treatments (Young Pharma experience proffered)
CoolSculpting Elite
Laser Hair Removal
RF Microneedling with RF (MatrixPro, Morpheus8) and Skin Pen
Opus Plasma
Co2 Laser resurfacing and Cool Peel
Stay current with industry trends in management, social media management, and new treatment techniques to promote the business effectively.
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Requirements

Valid Master Aesthetician license with experience in medical spa or Plastic Surgery settings preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatments and products effectively.
Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and customer service excellence.
Hospitality-minded with strong guest services skills to ensure a premium client experience.
