We are a medical spa focusing on beauty is more than skin deep with our anti-aging and wellness treatments including body contouring and sexual wellness solutions, located in Chesterfield, MO. The ideal candidate for this position will have a thorough knowledge of skincare, dermaplane and peels, microneedling, body contouring and laser hair removal with an up to date esthetician license. Candidates should be enthusiastic about working with and sharing their knowledge with clients, able to work well and contribute to social events, and to participate in growing the company brand. Candidates must align with company values and be a self starter with a growth mindset.

Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Offering friendly, prompt, and courteous service.
Develop robust treatment plans.
Perform consultations and present treatment plans with recommended services and products.
Provide skin care expertise and treatments such as facials, laser hair removal, and body treatments.
Advise clients on skin care and recommend products to use.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.
Stay up to date on the latest trends in skin care products and services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ensure the safety and comfort of clients.
Provide pre and post treatment instructions to clients.
Perform client treatments based on company safety standards and protocols.
Provide accurate charting and clinical documentation of all clients.
Report to medical director/manager on treatment results including any adverse reactions.
Meet or exceed productivity goals individually and as a group, while serving the patient at the highest level.
Ability to explain and sell add-on product and services.
Stay up to date on new products and services in the industry.
Train other staff on clinical and practical skills.
 
 
 
Required Qualifications
Maintain current state licensure as applicable
Prior treatment and product sales experience required
Maintain a close familiarity with the established protocols
Possess and maintain the proper credentials to perform services in alignment with the state regulations
Knowledgeable about various med spa services, body contouring treatments, and skin care
Experience with dermaplaning and chemical peels
Experience with EMR
Friendly and capable of respectfully communicating to both clients and staff
Self-starter

Job Type: Full-time. This is a full time, benefits eligible position. skinBe Med Spa offers a wide range of benefits, including but not limited to Health, Dental, Vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401k/retirement plan.

Salary: Salary is negotiable based on education and experience. This position is eligible for bonuses/profit sharing if goals are met and that is included in the salary range listed.
