Esthetician/Lash Artist

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Licensed Esthetician/Lash Artist to join our growing team at The Beauty Effect in Haymarket, VA! The ideal candidate is passionate about creating an elevated client experience, confident in both skincare and lash services, and excited to grow within a supportive, luxury spa environment.

Experience is preferred, but we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
